Bruce Kingsford Weekend 2010

A stiff wind for the Bruce Kingsford 50 kept all but two rides outside 'evens', the National Championship crown going to Carl Saint, whose 2:05:57 was 17 minutes clear of John Thompson (fastest on handicap). The only tandem (Martin and Adrian's trike) rolled around in just over 3 hours. The competitors were cheered on their way by enthusiastic marshalls and, for the last four miles a welcome tail wind.
