Covering Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and the southern part of Lincolnshire.

The members of the Eastern region are proud of their record of running a varied timetable which includes both sporting and social activities. Captain Ferg Muir organises many social events including outings to places of local historical interest (and pubs!) See our new Eastern Region Gallery for photos of our members and activities. There are also social events run in conjunction with the Region's time trials.

The criterium at Ixworth, just NE of Bury, is a rare opportunity to watch or take part in a mass-start, handlebar-to-handlebar trike race.

The Region also hosts the National 100 mile championship, the Fliss Beard Memorial event which is held in June. Other Time Trials include two 25s, a 50 mile and a 12 hour event.

Their annual dinner is held on the first Sunday in February at a traditional country pub in Bradfield Combust, just south of Bury St Edmunds when all the interesting local characters enjoy a good day out and an opportunity to meet up with old and new friends.
